  • I am not a doctor, midwife, or healthcare professional. The content on this site - including scripts, checklists, guides, and videos - is based on my personal experience and research into UK guidelines (like the NHS and RCOG).

  • No Medical Advice: Nothing on this website should be taken as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Your Responsibility: Always consult with your GP, midwife, or Early Pregnancy Unit (EPU) regarding your specific situation. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read here.
